For cancellation, no penalty till 6 hours before departure, 50% up to Rs 1000 till 1 hour before departure & 100% penalty beyond departure time.

A lockdown has been imposed in Goa till 7th June, 2021. Only essential services are allowed during this period and inter-state movement has been curbed. Anyone booking a cab must share a copy of their valid ticket (flight/bus/train) with their driver before the trip starts. Without it, the driver will not be able to reach the pickup location. All travellers coming to the state by road must show a negative RT-PCR test report not more than 72 hours old or a vaccination certificate (with both doses done). 2 passengers + 1 driver will be allowed to travel in sedan vehicles and 3 passengers + 1 driver in SUVs.Select Indian States & UTs have enforced specific travel guidelines.

The booking will be for cab type HATCHBACK and we do not commit on providing the preferred cab model (Indica, Swift or similar)

AC will be switched off in hilly areas

Post 10 PM to 6 AM, an additional night charge (Rs 250/night) will be applicable. These charges should be directly paid to the driver.

You can accommodate up to 2 small bags in Hatchback.

Driver details will be shared up to 30 mins prior to departure.

Car can be retained till 2:30 AM, 21 Jul, post which a charge of Rs 1375 (includes 125 Kms & 12 hrs) will be levied.

Driver would wait maximum 45 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at your pickup location . Post this, your trip may get cancelled without any refund. If there is a mutual agreement between customer and driver, waiting charges would be Rs 2.0/min

Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins

You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip. MMT is not liable to provide invoices for such amounts.
